ASSOCIATE TEAM LEAD

LOCATION :-  MOHALI

The Associate Team Lead is responsible for managing all operational activities within the assigned city. This includes manpower planning, recruitment support, deployment, client coordination, exam center operations, compliance, attendance, logistics, issue resolution, and timely reporting. The role ensures smooth execution of projects while maintaining quality, compliance, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Ensure successful execution of all assigned projects within the city.

Coordinate with Hub Managers, Regional Teams, and clients for operational planning.

Monitor daily operations and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and client guidelines.

2. Manpower Planning & Deployment

Assess manpower requirements for upcoming projects.

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of operational staff.

Plan and deploy manpower as per project requirements.

Ensure backup manpower is available for critical operations.

3. Client & Center Coordination

Build and maintain relationships with clients and exam center authorities.

Conduct site visits and readiness assessments.

Ensure infrastructure and operational readiness before project execution.

Act as the primary point of contact for city-level operational matters.

4. Team Management

Lead and supervise city operations staff.

Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance.

Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure employee documentation and onboarding compliance.

Verify attendance, timesheets, and deployment records.

Maintain accurate operational records and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements.

6. Logistics & Administration

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and local transportation for deployed staff.

Monitor inventory and operational assets.

Ensure timely distribution and return of equipment and materials.

7. Issue Resolution

Handle operational escalations and emergencies.

Resolve manpower shortages, technical issues, and client concerns.

Escalate critical issues to the Regional Operations Manager when required.

 

 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

4-5 years of experience in operations, field management, or project execution.

Experience in manpower management and client coordination is preferred.
