The Operations Executive for Online Examination is responsible for managing and coordinating all operational activities related to the smooth conduct of computer-based exams. This role ensures that examination centers, manpower, logistics, and technical arrangements are organized as per client guidelines. The Operations Executive works closely with venue managers, city heads, hub teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution of exams with zero deviations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily online exam operations across assigned centers.
Ensure all manpower (LS, Tech1/Tech2, OSMs, Venue Managers) are deployed as per schedule.
Maintain communication with venue managers and resolve operational or manpower issues promptly.
Verify center readiness, including system availability, network stability, power backup, and biometric arrangements.

Coordinate with logistics teams for question paper (QP) delivery, return, and exam materials.
Prepare and maintain reports such as deployment sheets, attendance, incident reports, and daily status updates.
Ensure compliance with client SOPs, security guidelines, and audit requirements.

Monitor biometric attendance, candidate verification, and overall exam flow.
Escalate technical or operational incidents immediately to the concerned teams.
Support city-level and hub-level operations during peak exam schedules.
Assist in training manpower regarding exam processes and SOPs.
Conduct post-exam reconciliation and submit required documents/reports on time.

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong understanding of online exam operations and CBT procedures.
Excellent coordination, communication, and team-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and report preparation.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure during large exam events.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

An ODOO Developer designs, builds, and customizes ODOO ERP modules using Python, collaborating with teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, integrating with third-party systems, ensuring quality through testing, and providing ongoing support, focusing on creating efficient workflows and robust applications within the ODOO framework. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Module Development: Create new ODOO modules and customize existing ones to meet specific client or business requirements.

·       Customization & Integration: Adapt ODOO features and integrate with other internal and external applications.

·       Requirement Analysis: Work with stakeholders (functional consultants, business analysts) to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications.

·       Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-performing, stable applications.

·       Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support, resolve issues, and maintain existing ODOO environments.

·       Documentation: Create technical documentation, user guides, and maintain code quality.

·       Best Practices: Stay updated with ODOO versions, follow coding standards, and implement best practices. 

·       Website Maintenance: Responsible for Security, Software Updates, Performance Optimization, Content Management, Technical Checks & Regular Backups. Website includes the Company website in addition to the ERP Software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Strong proficiency in Python programming.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to strengthen our Finance function. The role will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should bring strong financial acumen, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to partner with business teams in a service-industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly MIS, including variance analysis and management dashboards.
  • Own the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process; track performance against budget and highlight key risks and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making by senior management.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Compile and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and reports.
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and other financial reviews.

Business Partnering

  • Work closely with Operations, Business Development, HR, and other departments to understand business drivers and financial implications.
  • Support pricing, cost optimization, profitability analysis, and project-level financial reviews where required.

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, bankers, insurance brokers, and other professional advisors.
  • Act as a key point of contact for finance-related information and discussions with external stakeholders.

Systems & Processes

  • Work hands-on with accounting systems, primarily Tally, to ensure proper accounting and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for improving financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
  • 4–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the service industry
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Financial statements
    • Budgeting & forecasting
    • MIS and management reporting
    • Core accounting and financial concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Tally and good working knowledge of MS Excel
