LOCATION : CHANDIGARH
The Operations Executive for Online Examination is responsible for managing and coordinating all operational activities related to the smooth conduct of computer-based exams. This role ensures that examination centers, manpower, logistics, and technical arrangements are organized as per client guidelines. The Operations Executive works closely with venue managers, city heads, hub teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution of exams with zero deviations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily online exam operations across assigned centers.
Ensure all manpower (LS, Tech1/Tech2, OSMs, Venue Managers) are deployed as per schedule.
Maintain communication with venue managers and resolve operational or manpower issues promptly.
Verify center readiness, including system availability, network stability, power backup, and biometric arrangements.
Coordinate with logistics teams for question paper (QP) delivery, return, and exam materials.
Prepare and maintain reports such as deployment sheets, attendance, incident reports, and daily status updates.
Ensure compliance with client SOPs, security guidelines, and audit requirements.
Monitor biometric attendance, candidate verification, and overall exam flow.
Escalate technical or operational incidents immediately to the concerned teams.
Support city-level and hub-level operations during peak exam schedules.
Assist in training manpower regarding exam processes and SOPs.
Conduct post-exam reconciliation and submit required documents/reports on time.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong understanding of online exam operations and CBT procedures.
Excellent coordination, communication, and team-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and report preparation.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure during large exam events.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
