The CCTV SPOC (Single Point of Contact) is responsible for handling all CCTV-related activities at the center to ensure proper monitoring, recording, and compliance during exam operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure CCTV systems are properly installed and functioning at all exam venues
- Monitor live CCTV feeds during exam activities
- Verify camera coverage in all required areas (labs, entry/exit points, server room, etc.)
- Ensure continuous recording without interruption
- Take and maintain CCTV backups as per SOP guidelines
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with the technical team for any CCTV-related issues
- Ensure compliance with audit and security requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and backup records
- Act as the point of contact for any CCTV-related queries or escalations
