Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager to manage and execute large-scale assessment, examination, and operational projects across multiple locations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, coordination, execution, stakeholder management, customer relationship management, and successful delivery of assessment operations within defined timelines and quality standards. The role requires strong coordination skills, operational leadership, customer handling, client communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

·       Manage end-to-end execution of online/offline examination and assessment projects.

·       Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies.

·       Coordinate with internal departments including operations, technology, logistics, support, and administration.

·       Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Client, Customer & Stakeholder Management

·       Act as the primary point of contact for clients, institutions, government stakeholders, and key customers.

·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

·       Understand customer requirements and ensure successful delivery of services as per agreed expectations.

·       Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.

·       Address customer concerns, escalations, and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

·       Gather customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for continuous service improvement.

Operations Management

·       Monitor assessment center readiness and operational preparedness.

·       Manage vendor coordination, manpower deployment, and site-level execution.

·       Handle escalations and ensure issue resolution during project execution.

Team Coordination

·       Lead and supervise project coordinators, field teams, and operational staff.

·       Assign responsibilities and track task completion.

·       Ensure effective collaboration across departments.

Reporting & Documentation

·       Prepare daily/weekly project reports and MIS.

·       Maintain project documentation, MOMs, risk registers, and compliance records.

·       Analyze project performance and suggest process improvements.

Risk & Quality Management

·       Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans.

·       Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

·       Monitor project KPIs and continuously improve operational efficiency.

·       Track customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives where required.
