Assistant Network Administrator -Trainee

The Assistant Network Administrator - Trainee will support the technical and network operations required for conducting smooth and secure online examinations across designated venues. The trainee will work under senior network administrators and venue IT teams to ensure all exam systems, network devices, and connectivity setups function without interruption.

The role includes assisting in the installation and configuration of exam servers, client systems, LAN setups, routers, switches, and firewall policies as per examination guidelines. The trainee will monitor network performance during exam sessions, troubleshoot connectivity issues in real-time, and ensure adherence to IT security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches. Responsibilities also include routine system checks, verification of exam software readiness, maintaining logs, and providing first-level IT support to venue staff.
