Job Description: Executive- Sr. Executive Operation

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive Operation to manage ground-level operations, reporting, and multi-stakeholder coordination for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ground Team Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the ground team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor field activities and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Communicate updates, instructions, and feedback between the field team and management.

2. Report Preparation

  • Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and periodic operational reports.
  • Maintain records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Present data and findings to the reporting manager in a structured format.

3. Coordination with District Officials & Zila Prabandhaks

  • Liaise with District Officials and Zila Prabandhaks for project-related approvals, support, and information.
  • Ensure smooth communication and follow-up on pending matters with government and administrative stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional relationships to facilitate seamless project execution.

4. Center List Preparation

  • Compile and prepare the Center List based on details received from relevant stakeholders.
  • Verify, update, and maintain accuracy of center-related data.
  • Ensure timely submission of finalized center lists to concerned teams.

5. Transport Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with the transport vendor for logistics planning and execution.
  • Monitor vehicle deployment schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Address and escalate transport-related issues promptly.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in government project coordination is preferred.
  • Good understanding of district-level administrative processes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or operations.
