Lead/Executive–Training & Development

· Training Coordination: End-to-end management of technical and operational training sessions across various Branches of the Company PAN-India.
· Stakeholder Communication: Drafting and sending professional, courteous, and clear emails to candidates, technical trainers, and venue partners.
· Logistics/Scheduling: Organizing training calendars, ensuring conduct as per schedule, and confirming trainer availability. Organize logistics for the training, if required.
· Tracking & Documentation: Maintaining a robust database of training completion, attendance, and certification records in the Training Portal.
· Feedback Management: Collecting and analysing post-training feedback from participants or from the Training Portal to identify areas for improvement.
· Soft Skills Facilitation: (Preferred) Occasionally conducting internal soft skills or orientation sessions for new hires or site staff.
