A Team Lead at Eduquity is responsible for managing end-to-end examination operations, coordinating field staff, ensuring centre readiness, and supporting the smooth execution of computer-based tests (CBT). The role involves handling manpower deployment, monitoring technical and operational activities, resolving on-ground issues, and maintaining communication with the City Head/state Head, CCR, and centre authorities. The Team Lead ensures compliance with client SOPs, exam security standards, and timely reporting before, during, and after examinations.
