A Network Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations across all systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot network issues (connectivity, IP conflicts, latency, etc.)
- Manage LAN/WAN configurations and ensure proper connectivity
- Perform network security checks and prevent unauthorized access
- Support system setup and configuration at centers
- Conduct network scans and compliance checks as per SOP
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and escalations
- Maintain documentation of network topology and configurations
- Ensure backup and recovery procedures are followed
