OEG : Manager Testing

As a Testing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the overall Quality Assurance function across software products and business processes. You will ensure that all releases meet defined quality standards, business requirements, security expectations, and operational readiness before deployment.

The role demands strong ownership and proactive leadership in identifying defects, risks, process gaps, and operational vulnerabilities before release. You will work closely with the Software team to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous enhancement of product quality.
