Regional Coordinator

The Regional Coordinator (RC) is responsible for coordinating and managing examination operations across assigned centres within the region. The role includes center coordination, manpower management, operational readiness, compliance monitoring, and ensuring smooth conduct of examinations as per company SOPs and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate examination activities across assigned regions
- Ensure exam center readiness and compliance
- Manage deployment and coordination of field staff
- Conduct regular follow-ups with centres and vendors
- Monitor exam-day operations and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain operational reports and documentation
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and exam guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
