Senior Executive-Statistics & Process Analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Independently analyze operational, quality, process, and performance data to identify trends, patterns, variations, and improvement opportunities.
• Apply statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, hypothesis testing, ANOVA, trend analysis, control charts, Pareto analysis, and capability analysis as appropriate.
• Interpret organizational reports and KPIs and convert findings into clear, actionable management insights.
• Identify process variations, anomalies, recurring issues, and potential risks through data analysis.
• Support CMMI Level 5 quantitative management, including analysis of process performance and identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain statistical dashboards, analytical reports, charts, and management presentations.
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability before analysis.
• Conduct root-cause and causal analysis using appropriate statistical and analytical methods.
• Support Quality/OEG teams in establishing baselines, thresholds, control limits, performance objectives, and improvement targets.
• Provide data-based inputs for process improvement initiatives, corrective/preventive actions, and management reviews.
• Identify opportunities where statistical analysis and automation can improve organizational quality and process efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation of analytical methods, assumptions, findings, and conclusions.
