The City Head is responsible for overseeing all business operations within a specific city. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing local teams, building partnerships, and ensuring smooth execution of company strategies at the city level.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall city operations to achieve business objectives
Develop and execute city-level strategies aligned with company goals
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
Manage, mentor, and scale local teams across functions
Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are met
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Ensure high standards of customer experience and service delivery
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree .
1-5 years of experience in operations, business development, or leadership roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
