An Assistant Network Administrator Trainee supports the IT/network team in maintaining and monitoring an organization’s computer networks. The role is typically entry-level and focuses on learning practical networking skills while assisting with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software
Monitor network performance and report issues
Help troubleshoot connectivity and network problems
Support system updates, backups, and security checks
Maintain network documentation and user access records
Provide basic technical support to users
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer networks (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
Familiarity with operating systems like Windows or Linux
